  • develop and introduce an effective, organisation wide communication and feedback system
  • ensure that there is a strong support system through the planning and budgeting process to ensure that sufficient resources are committed to the program
  • develop and broadcast evaluation system which will support success and cut failures but which recognises realistic timeframes
  • develop and broadcast a suitable reward system for the team as a whole
  • establish and support a maintenance system to ensure that the changed culture continues to thrive, irrespective of staff changes
